Our North America and Asia distribution center is up and running at this time. We have taken additional precautions, such as keeping facilities extra clean, drastically limiting personnel and educating the staff on how to stay safe and healthy. In the event that the warehouse is affected and unable to ship outgoing packages, we will be sure to let everyone know as quickly as possible. Due to the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak and measures imposed by governments around the world, there may be unavoidable service impacts on outbound shipments such as shipment delays and customs issues. We ask for your patience and to anticipate delays on all shipping methods. Due to the dynamic nature of the situation, there may be situations that we are unable to provide an estimate of the severity of the delay.
