Privé Alliance ships all over the world. All orders are processed in using FedEx, DHL and other carriers. The shipping methods that we use are the following: 


    • NINJAVAN STANDARD: 1-3 business days 
    • GIKAH EXPRESS:  4-5 business days


    • FedEx International Priority: 1-3 business days
    • FedEx International Economy: 4-6 business days
    • DHL International: 4-6 business days
    For your convenience and ease of mind, each package is provided with a tracking number. 


    Orders placed on are processed Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm EST, excluding weekends and major holidays (Christmas and New Year; off from December 25th-January 1st). Orders are normally processed and shipped within or after 1-3 business days after the order is placed, pending payment authorization and verification. During every new item(s) release and/or flash sale event, processing may take longer than usual due to the high volume of orders being made. Processing may take up to 10-30 business days until we process you a tracking number and notify your shipment.

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order. Please note that tracking information will only be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped. . Delivery time will base on the shipping method the customer chooses. All shipping and handling charges are depending on the total weight of the order.


    Once the order has been placed, please allow 1-3 business days or (10-30 business days for collection release and sale events) for your order to be processed and certain additional days for shipping. Delivery time will base on the shipping method the customer chooses. All international shipping rates are based on the destination and the total weight and volume of your order as well as the method of delivery chosen. Duties and other taxes are not included under the price of the item on the product page and at checkout, your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is ultimately determined by your country’s local customs authority. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. Shipments with the current shipping methods are insured with a tracking number and the buyer assumes all responsibilities after delivery.


    Orders containing “pre-order” item(s) will remain in the “processing” status until the pre-order item(s) becomes available. Our standard 1-3 business days or the extended 10-30 business day processing duration does not apply to orders containing pre-order items. You will receive a purchase confirmation email after placing an order containing a pre-order item. You will receive a second shipping confirmation email, containing the tracking number, when the order is shipped. We do not offer split shipment, if you would like to receive items that are in stock within our processing standards, please place a separate order for items currently out of stock. 

    Indonesia: Mandatory Identification Number

    In pursuant to the new regulation by the Indonesia Ministry of Finance Regulation No. 158/PMK.04/2017 and Indonesia Directorate General of Customs & Excise Regulation No PER 11/BC/2020, beginning August 1, 2021, all Indonesia customers are required to provide one of the following identification numbers:
    1. Preferred option: Indonesian Tax ID Number (NPWP)
    2. Alternative options: Indonesian ID Number (NIK-Nomor Induk Kependudukan), for Indonesian Citizens Indonesian Driver’s License, for Indonesian Citizens or Foreigners Passport Number, only for Foreigners

You are not required to set up an account and all payments will be processed securely.
